Shipping policy
Delivery duration. Subject to us verifying that you are 18 or over and once we have accepted your order, we will dispatch your item(s) the same day you place your order, and aim to deliver within 24 hours depending on your location and service you have chosen, provided your order is placed before 3:00 pm Sunday to Thursday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Any orders received between Thursday after 3 and Saturday will be dispatched on Sunday.

Delivery restrictions. We require a person over the age of 18 to sign for the delivery. Without this, we cannot complete the delivery and you may be refunded. Our customer service team will contact you to create a new order if delivery is not possible. Delivery timings may change. If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated with a new estimated time of arrival. If delivery is delayed by more than 7 working days, you may contact us to cancel the order and we will happily refund you any money paid.
Covid Delays
Due to the greatly increased volumes of online orders and the increased COVID-19 restrictions in place, Royal Mail and other delivery companies are experiencing a significant uptake of parcels. In addition to this, some departments may experience staff shortages due to potential self-isolations and limited resources as a result of the socially distanced measures put in place to ensure the safety of staff. Despite their best efforts, some customers may experience slightly longer than expected delays than the usual expected service.
