12-months Warranty Agreement
Thank you very much for using our products. This warranty agreement is exclusive to ISMOD, Valid time is 12 months from the purchase date of the product. We will gladly repair a new product, at our discretion, if there is any product quality problem within the warranty period.
Repair Coverage:
Within the warranty period, if you want to repair the malfunctioning parts, please offer a warranty card and invoice (sales agents, product model, purchase date, original invoice and receipt etc...)
This repair agreement does not cover the following terms and conditions:
1. Purchase without the warranty card and purchase invoices.
2. There are no complete (sales agents, product model, purchase date, original invoice and receipt etc...)
3. Product ageing caused by normal use.
4. The warranty doesn't cover the heating pin.
5. The surface damage(scratches, dents etc...) does not affect product's performance.
6. The product malfunction is caused by not being in accordance with the user manual operation.
7. Improper use, including water damage, disassembly, etc...
8. Merchandise failure or damage, disassembly, etc...
9. Those devices that have been refitted or added to other functions by your own will not be accepted to repair.
10. The damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, and other natural disasters.
11. The breakdown and damage after the warranty period.
Please note that our warranty only applies to products purchased in Egypt from our website or authorized resellers.
